Recipe: BERRY Good Yogurt Bowl

A delicious and filling snack. Or meal. Or whatever you need it to be.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole fat plain greek yogurt

A hearty handful of raspberries

A handful of chopped walnuts (or nut of your choice)



If you’re transitioning away from having a large amount of sugar in your diet, you may want to add a little drizzle of local honey to ease your transition.

Directions: mix, eat, and enjoy!
