Recipe: Baked Pears + Pecans
This is a very easy, healthy dessert that you can whip up in just a few minutes. They are best enjoyed freshly baked, but not too shabby leftover. They also make your house smell delicious.
Ingredients:
Pear(s)
Cinnamon
Honey
Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Cut pears in half and scoop out the guts in the middle make little pear-canoes. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top and fill the canoe with pecans. Drizzle honey over the top (add about 1/2-2/3 of the amount you want to use and add the rest post-bake).
Bake pears for 15-20 min at 375 degrees.
Add the rest of your honey, honey.
