Recipe: Delightfully Easy Chocolate Dessert
This recipe has been my go-to treat for the last few weeks. It is simply a mix of almond butter, coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
1 heaping spoonful of crunchy almond butter (I personally like the Trader Joe’s brand)
1 small spoonful of coconut shreds (look for no added sugar)
a few chocolate chips (I’m a big fan of the dark chocolate chips from Trader Joe’s, or from Ghirardelli, if you’re feeling fancy)
a few more chocolate chips
Directions:
Spoon your almond butter into a small, microwavable dish and microwave for about 20 seconds. Add your coconut and your chocolate chips. Mix together, pour a small glass of your favorite milk, and enjoy!
