Recipe: Razzballs

Some people call these energy balls, or bliss balls, but I think Razzballs has a nice ring to it. These little nuggets are packed full of nutrition and energy! They are great for on-the-go snacks. I highly recommend keeping them in the freezer, so that when you take them with you they are still cool by the time you’re hungry.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

1.5 cups oats

1.5 cups shredded coconut

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp Baobab powder (optional, but encouraged)

2 tbsp flax meal

18 mejdool dates - pitted

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender or food processor. You may need to add a little water to get it going. It does not have to be perfectly smooth, just to the point when it all starts sticking together.

Roll into balls.

Store in fridge or freezer.

Eat and enjoy!
